1.The paper feeding system supplies continuous face and back paper crucial for crafting paper-faced gypsum board.
2. During transit, raw materials are expertly stirred and mixed uniformly through our advanced batching systems.
3.Precise metering devices measure ingredients, which are then combined in our mixer following exact ratios.
4.The expertly mixed gypsum slurry gets released from the mixer outlet onto the back paper.
5.Face and back paper envelop the slurry, and together they are pressed into shape by our forming machine.
6.On the setting belt conveyor, the wet gypsum board undergoes the solidification process to ensure quality.
7.The cutting machine precisely slices the wet board into individual segments of predetermined lengths.
8.The segmented gypsum board advances to the 1st transverse board entry roller through an accelerating roller.
9.Guided by the regrouping roller, the gypsum board changes direction and enters the dryer sequentially via the distributor.
10.Within the dryer, free moisture is meticulously evaporated, resulting in a thoroughly dried board.
11.The dried board transitions to the 2nd transverse conveying belt, achieving direction change and board alignment.
12.Through precise edge cutting, the board is transformed into a flawless finished product, ready for market.
