2. During the conveying process, raw materials are meticulously stirred and evenly mixed through our sophisticated batching systems.
3.Precisely measured by our advanced metering devices, materials then enter the mixer in exact ratios for optimal consistency.
4.The expertly mixed gypsum slurry flows seamlessly from the mixer outlet onto the back paper layer.
5.The forming machine skillfully wraps and presses the slurry, uniting the face and back paper into a cohesive board.
6.On the setting belt conveyor, the wet gypsum board undergoes a crucial solidification process to ensure durability.
7.Our cutting machine precisely slices the wet board into pre-fixed lengths, ensuring uniformity across all pieces.
8.Through the acceleration roller, the board transitions to the 1# transverse board entry roller, ready for further processing.
9.After direction alteration via the regrouping roller, boards are sequentially distributed into the dryer for a thorough drying cycle.
