2. During the conveyance, raw materials are expertly stirred and mixed uniformly by our advanced batching systems.
3.Precisely metered materials are then introduced to the mixer, ensuring perfect ratios for optimal product quality.
4.The expertly mixed gypsum slurry flows from the mixer outlet onto the back paper with precision.
5.The face and back paper encase and press the slurry via the forming machine, shaping it beautifully.
6.On the setting belt conveyor, the wet gypsum board undergoes a vital solidification process, ensuring durability.
7.The precision cutting machine slices the wet board to predetermined lengths, ensuring consistency.
8.The neatly cut gypsum board moves through the acceleration roller to the 1# transverse entry roller seamlessly.
9.Upon direction change, via the regrouping roller, the gypsum board enters the dryer in sequence, managed by the distributor.
10.The state-of-the-art dryer efficiently evaporates free water, thoroughly drying the board for optimal use.
11.Post-drying, the board transitions onto the 2# transverse conveying belt, undergoing direction change and pairing.
12.Finally, the edge cutting saw transforms the board into a polished, finished product, ready for the market.
