Drywall Production Line: A Process Overview
1.The paper feeding system consistently supplies the face and back paper essential for paper-faced gypsum boards.
2. Throughout the conveying process, raw materials are meticulously stirred and uniformly mixed via our advanced batching systems.
3.Following precise measurement by our cutting-edge metering devices, materials enter the mixer at the perfect ratio.
4.The expertly mixed gypsum slurry is carefully deposited onto the back paper from the mixer outlet.
5.Both the face and back paper skillfully wrap and compress the slurry through an innovative forming machine.
6.The wet gypsum board undergoes solidification seamlessly on the setting belt conveyor.
7.Our cutting-edge cutting machine accurately slices the wet board into pre-determined lengths.
8.Subsequently, the gypsum board proceeds through the acceleration roller to the 1# transverse board entry roller.
9.Here, it changes direction; seamlessly entering the dryer in sequence via the regrouping roller and distributor.
10.Within the dryer, residual free water is expertly evaporated, resulting in perfectly dried boards.
11.The dried boards advance onto the 2# transverse conveying belt, where they change direction and are adeptly paired.
12.Final finishing touches are applied as the board passes through the edge cutting saw, becoming a pristine finished product.
