Manufacturing Process Overview

1.TThe paper feeding system consistently supplies facing and backing paper for the fabrication of paper-faced gypsum boards.
 

2. Raw materials are meticulously stirred and homogenized during their journey through the batching systems.

3.With precise metering, components are measured and introduced into the mixer in exact proportions.

4.Gypsum slurry is expertly released from the mixer outlet onto the underlayer paper.

5.The forming machine skillfully wraps and presses the slurry between the facing and backing paper.

6.The setting belt conveyor facilitates the solidification of the wet gypsum board.

7.A precise cutting machine trims the wet board to predetermined lengths.

8.Boards are directed into the 1#transverse entry roller via an acceleration roller.

9.Through direction adjustment and regrouping rollers, boards are systematically fed into the dryer by a distributor.

10.The dryer efficiently evaporates residual moisture, ensuring the board's optimum dryness.

11.Upon drying, boards transition to the 2# transverse conveyor, achieving directional alignment and pairing for completion.

12.Final touches with edge cutting saw transform the board into a finished product, ready for deployment.
