Introduction to Drywall Production Line Process
1.The paper feeding system continuously supplies face and back paper for the paper-faced gypsum board, ensuring seamless production.
2. During the conveying process, raw materials are thoroughly stirred and mixed via our advanced batching systems, guaranteeing uniform consistency.
3.Precisely metered materials are then transferred to the mixer in exact proportions, ensuring optimal product quality.
4.Gypsum slurry is meticulously dispensed from the mixer outlet onto the back paper, forming a smooth and even layer.
5.The face and back paper envelop and compress the slurry through a state-of-the-art forming machine, ensuring robust board structure.
6.Solidification of the wet gypsum board occurs seamlessly on the setting belt conveyor, preparing it for further processing.
7.A precision cutting machine slices the wet board into predefined lengths, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
8.The gypsum board is expertly guided onto the first transverse entry roller via an acceleration roller, maintaining steady processing.
9.After direction change, the regrouping roller efficiently channels the gypsum board into the dryer in a systematic sequence via a distributor.
10.The dryer expertly evaporates any free water content, leaving the board thoroughly dried and perfectly finished.
11.Upon drying, the board is conveyed onto the second transverse belt, where direction changes are completed, and boards are paired.
12.Finalized by an edge cutting saw, the board is transformed into a polished finished product, ready for distribution and use.
